Kallapotti provides cloud-based billing, inventory, and point-of-sale software. The software is available via:

• Monthly and yearly subscription plans.
• A one-time purchase version.

2. Registration and Account

Registration with an active subscription plan is required to use Kallapotti software. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are available monthly or yearly. Payment terms and pricing will be disclosed at the time of purchase. One-time purchase versions are also available. All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the separate Return & Cancellation Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the software lawfully and comply with all applicable laws. Unauthorized use or distribution of the software or any of its components is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by our separate Return & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to that document for specific eligibility criteria and processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kallapotti shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Liability is explicitly limited to fees paid within the last 12 months of service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these terms or any applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of the software after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes.
