Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or fees for switching. This is only allowed if you are on a monthly or yearly plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You only pay after your trial ends and you choose to continue.
Are there any per-transaction fees?
No. Kallapotti charges a flat monthly or yearly subscription fee. There are zero per-transaction or hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Payment Gateways. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer with invoicing.
Is there a setup charge?
For Monthly and Yearly plans, there is a Standard Setup Charge of ₹4,000 INR. However, Lifetime plans have ZERO setup charges. Please note: Any applicable setup charges should be paid ONLY directly to the company. Do NOT pay service agents or technicians.
