Kallapotti Return & Cancellation Policy

Applicable to Software Products Only.

Scope

This policy exclusively covers Kallapotti's software products. Due to the digital nature of the services, the terms below apply specifically to intangible software licenses and access.

Cancellation Eligibility and Refunds

  • Non-Customized Versions: Cancellations are eligible for a 90% refund if requested within 5 days of the original purchase date.
  • Customized Versions: Cancellations are eligible for a 90% refund if requested within 2 days of the original purchase date.
  • Usage Limit: No refunds or cancellations will be granted after the software has been used for 1 day (24 hours).

Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to our support team at support@kallapotti.com. Your email must include your account details (user ID or order number) and a clear reason for the cancellation request.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request has been approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Physical Returns

As all of our products are software-based and delivered digitally, there is no possibility or requirement for physical returns.
